Rose Moritz

Rose has shared her passion and love for music as a professional musician and educator for over 30 years.

As a harpist, Rose’s performances evoke joy and peace in a variety of settings. She has had the pleasure of performing at weddings, holiday celebrations, social gatherings, and concert halls. She collaborates with her clients to choose musical selections that will contribute to the ambience of their unique event.

Rose trained at the prestigious Royal Conservatory of Toronto, where she completed her harp performance studies. She further refined her skills under the guidance and mentorship of renowned Toronto musicians Margaret Halliwell and Maureen McKay.

Rose’s enthusiasm for music permeates all aspects of her life. When not captivating audiences, she encourages young people to find their passion in the arts. Rose has created a truly holistic musical experience for her students. Integrating her certifications in Orff and Kodaly, she utilizes singing and percussion in her lessons, fostering a well-rounded musical understanding.

Rose also enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband of 15 years, and their two children. They reside in Rockland County, NY, where Rose also works for the Nanuet School District..
